This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the details you send us through this website.
Who we are
Intakra is run by Ahmed, based in Cairo, Egypt. Contact: hello@intakrahq.com.
What our contact form asks for
When you request an Intake Audit or a demo, the form asks for:
- Your name
- Your email address
- What you'd like: an Intake Audit or a demo
- Your business name
- Your industry
- Your website (optional)
- A message (optional)
The form also sends us the name of the page you used it on.
Please don't include confidential information in the form. If you're a law firm, please don't include details about any legal matter.
Why we ask for it
We use these details only to reply to your request and to give you what you asked for: your Intake Audit or your demo. We email you about that request. We don't add you to a newsletter or a mailing list.
We keep your details only as long as we need them to handle your request and any work you hire us for, and we delete them sooner if you ask.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web host, it processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site.
- Formspree runs our contact form. When you submit it, Formspree receives and stores your details, along with technical data such as your IP address, and emails them to our inbox. If JavaScript is turned off in your browser, Formspree may show its own confirmation or spam-check page, which can include Google reCAPTCHA.
- Google (Gmail) hosts the inbox where we receive form submissions.
- Zoho hosts our hello@intakrahq.com mailbox. We send our replies from it, and your replies to us arrive there.
- If you order an Intake Audit, you pay through a payment link. The payment company named on that link handles your payment details. We don't see your full card or bank details.
These companies may store data in the United States or other countries. We read and answer your request from Egypt.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent or trade your details.
- We don't use analytics tools, tracking cookies or advertising pixels on this website.
- We don't use your details for anything other than your request.
Your choices and deleting your data
Email hello@intakrahq.com and ask us to delete your details. We'll delete your form submission from Formspree and from our inbox, and delete our email conversation with you. If you paid us, the payment company keeps its own records, and we keep a basic record of the payment (name, amount, date) for our accounts. We'll confirm by email when it's done.

Client systems are separate
This page covers this website only. When we set up Intakra for a client, the system runs in the client's own accounts, and the client's leads are stored there.
